This wizard will guide you through the steps to set up a Customer account with Julie Wilson Psychologist.

  • Step 1: Enter your name and contact details.
  • Step 2: Select a user name.
  • Step 3: Select your preferences.
  • Step 4: Read and agree to the terms and conditions.

For more information about an entry field place the mouse over the field label.

For detailed help, click the Help link above.

At any time click Home to return you to the welcome screen.

Click the [Start>] button to begin.

We use your details for contacting you with regard to your appointments, and as part of our records.

Click the [Next >] button to continue.

* = required;  ¹ = at least one required
Step 2: Select a user name...

Your user name will be used when you log in to the system. Choose something you will remember such as your initial and last name (E.g. "jsmith").

The email address you entered will be used to send you an activation link. When you sign in for the first time you will be asked select a new password.

Step 3: Select preferences...

The Appointment booking system includes a feature to send appointment reminders.

Please indicate whether or not we may send you these reminders and mailings.

Step 4: Agree to terms and conditions...

On-line Appointment Access

For the purposes of these terms and conditions...

  • Appointment Booking system shall be referred to as the system.
  • Julie Wilson Psychologist shall be referred to as the business.
  • The person accessing the system shall be referred to as the customer.

By accessing the system, you are bound by and agree to the following...

The customer shall only use the system to book genuine appointments.

The customer agrees to pay an appropriate cancellation fee if the appointment is not attended and the required notice is not given to cancel the appointment.

The business agrees to only contact the customer in relationship to matters associated with the usual activities of the business.

The business agrees not to use the customer's contact details for any other purpose, or provide these to any other entity, without the client's prior consent.

The business accepts no responsibility for loss or damage that may be incurred by the customer as a result of using the system. The customer indemnifies the business against any such losses.
